Jeff Yurk is a retired U.S. Army Paratrooper, entrepreneur, and competitor with a lifelong passion for professional sports. As a co-owner of the North Carolina Breakers and as a current Senior Pro Pickleball player, Jeff is deeply invested in the growth of the sport and committed to creating meaningful opportunities for athletes to compete at the highest level. Jeff and his wife Jennifer, a member of the U.S. Army’s special operations community, have five children and share a strong commitment to leadership, performance, and service, both on and off the court.

Lane Ethridge's passion for pickleball grew out of competing in tournaments at the national level. Life changing relationships he built through the sport fueled his desire to create more opportunities for the pickleball community. He formed LE Pickleball and owns pickLEball, a dedicated team of coaches and professional trainers. He also founded Pickles and Play, four elite indoor facilities in the Raleigh area.
