For Keri Teodori, pickleball has been quite the ride. A lifelong athlete and competitive tennis player, Keri traded her tennis racquet for a pickleball paddle in 2021 and hasn’t looked back. Since then, she’s traveled the country competing in tournaments, earned a spot in the USLPL, and made the jump from player to co-owner of the Maryland Mayhem.Playing in the league gave Keri a firsthand appreciation for its unique team format  and the relationships it fosters among players—something she believes sets it apart from traditional tournament competition. A former attorney and mom of four, Keri still loves what she’s always loved most: competition, teamwork, and having fun along the way. She’s excited to help build a team culture that is both competitive and connected while creating an experience players will look forward to being part of each season.

Sandra Masterman is a new empty nester who quickly discovered that extra free time has a way of opening new doors. What started with more hours on the pickleball court eventually led to co-owning a USLPL team. A former Bahamas National Team player and World Cup gold medalist, Sandra brings both experience and enthusiasm to everything she does. She is also a USTA and PTR-certified tennis instructor with a passion for racquet sports. Whether on the court or off, Sandra loves creating connections, building friendships, and bringing people together. For her, the best part of sports isn't just the competition-it's the community that comes with it.
