John serves as Director of Pickleball at Dill Dinkers Hagerstown, bringing competitive playing experience, coaching expertise, and brand leadership to the program. A certified coach, he leads player development, high-performance training, and competitive strategy while creating pathways for athletes to grow at every level. John is also the Founder and Host of The Pickle Box podcast, promoting mental wellness and pickleball culture through storytelling and education. Elly serves as an owner of Dill Dinkers Hagerstown, bringing an entrepreneurial drive, operational leadership, and community-focused vision to the sport. A former collegiate All-American athlete with a background in systems engineering and data analytics, Elly blends strategic planning, business development, and performance-minded thinking to build strong organizations both on and off the court.
